FIXER AND TOP COAT POWDER EFFECTS

FIXER AND TOP COAT POWDER EFFECT:  Specially designed for the application of effect powder, ideal for providing fixation and shine. This product has a dual use:

• FIXER: after applying the desired semi-permanent varnish color, apply this product and catalyze in order to fix and close the color. Then apply the desired powder and rub the powder all over the nail until you have a smooth and shiny appearance.
• TOP COAT: Use this product a second time as a Top Coat to protect and seal the effect powder.

To be applied with post-art effects on the nails, such as mirror, chrome, vintage and mermaid.

Apply 2 coats of semi-permanent varnish on a base using the INOCOS method. Let dry, then apply  fixer and top coat with effect powder  . Take a small amount of  INOCOS effect powder  then sprinkle the surface of the nail and brush vigorously using an applicator. Finish with a coat of  fixer and top coat with effect powder  .

The powder has effect  and its sublime mirror reflections are no longer reserved for professionals. You can use it on the varnish of your choice, light or dark, it's up to you!

Note: to obtain the best result, the color of the semi-permanent varnish recommended is Principezinho black.

USAGE TIPS:

1. Apply 2 coats of nail polish on a base.

2. Let dry, then apply the chrome effect base.

3. Take a small amount of chrome pigments then sprinkle the surface of the nail and brush vigorously using a makeup foam applicator.

4. Finish with a layer of the specific chrome effect top coat.
