1. General

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to govern the contractual relations between the Company Leslie Pont, Inocos-Suisse represented by Leslie Pont whose registered office is located at Rue du Ban des Aiguilles 31 1920 Martigny, and the Customer defined below as being the user of the site www.inocos-suisse.com and accepting these General Conditions of Sale.

All other conditions are binding on the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse, only after written confirmation from it. The information on this site may be modified by the company Inocos-suisse without notice. The mere fact of placing an order on the site www.inocos-suisse.com implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

 

2 - Period of validity of sales offers

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of an order for an unavailable product, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

 

3 - Product prices

The prices appearing on the site www.inocos-suisse.com are expressed in Swiss Francs and are exclusive of postage. They can be modified at any time and without notice. To this price, the transport costs of CHF 10.- per order (standard shipment) should be added.

The shipping costs are mentioned in the summary of the order which precedes the validation.

The price is payable in cash on the day of the order. The prices charged are those applied at the time of the order, subject to typographical errors (insofar as the incorrect price displayed would clearly not correspond to the real value of the product).
 

4 - Orders

If the customer wishes to place an order, he must first identify himself. To this end, he will complete, according to the information provided to him online, a form made available to him in which he will include the information necessary for his identification and in particular his name, first name, telephone number, postal and electronic address and address. billing and delivery. Additional information may be requested subsequently to ensure the quality and safety of the delivery. All information is presented to the customer in French.

The customer having chosen the products presented, will definitively validate his order by clicking on the button "Complete the order" to show his commitment and his acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale. From this moment, the order is recorded, and an order number is communicated to the customer as well as a confirmation on the screen and / or by e-mail. The data recorded by the company Leslie Pont, Inocos-suisse constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Invoicing includes the detail of the unit price of each product including tax, as well as the total amount including tax.

The availability or unavailability of a product in stock is indicated on the site (except for exceptional stock error). In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the following choices:

  • Replacement by a substitute product of the same value,

  • Establishment of a commercial credit for the value of the product in the form of a reduction code or gift card,

  • Reimbursement of the product concerned,

The choice remains free for the customer.

 

6 - Delivery method

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer when placing his order. It will be carried out by La Poste. It can only take place once the order has been validated by the customer and payment has been made in full. The bank payment centers possibly concerned will therefore have given their prior payment agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Treatment of parcels not delivered by La Poste:

Returns for the reason NPAI (Does not live at the address indicated):
Your merchandise will be shipped to the address you provided when confirming your order. You are therefore responsible if there is an error in your delivery address. Following the return of the parcel in our shop, you will have to contact us to pay you new shipping costs to be paid by Twint or by bank transfer, the same amount as the initial shipment as well as the costs incurred by the return of the parcel. .

 

Returns for the UNCLAIMED reason (the package was presented to you and you did not go to collect it within the time limit set by the Post Office).
The package will therefore be returned to us. You will have to contact us to pay you new shipping costs equal to the initial shipment as well as the costs incurred by the return of the package. Following this, your package will be sent to you again.

 

Returns for the REJECTED reason (you refused the package because the packaging was damaged or the packaging showed signs of opening)
If the package is damaged, or opened, you must absolutely refuse the package and keep us informed by email. You must request a declaration of theft from the delivery person of the Post Office. As soon as the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will make sure to prepare and send you a new parcel as soon as possible. We draw your attention to the fact that the declaration of theft is a mandatory element, in the absence of this document, new shipping costs will be systematically invoiced to you.


In addition, the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute.

Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery on the part of La Poste.  and do not give the customer the right to claim damages.

 

7 - Delivery times

Shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders entered between Friday and Monday are processed on Monday and sent the following Tuesday, provided that your payment has been received.

If the item ordered is available in stock, shipping will be 24-48 hours after receipt of payment for the order. The average delivery time is 2 working days. Shipping times will only start from the date of receipt of payment for the order.

The maximum guaranteed shipping time is 3 working days. Shipping times will only start from the date of receipt of payment for the order.

 

Holidays :

No shipment can be made on public holidays in the canton of Valais (New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, National Day, Fast Monday, Christmas).


In the event of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, etc.) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of goods, the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse is released from any liability.

Any cancellation of an order, whatever the reason, and accepted by the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse will only be entitled to reimbursement of the sums paid. No compensation relating to this cancellation can be requested.

The customer must check upon delivery the good external condition of the packages, in case of damage, specify their reservations detailed on the delivery note and confirm them, within ten days of delivery, by telephone or e-mail to the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-Suisse and by registered mail AR addressed to the carrier himself.

 

8 - Complaint

By signing the delivery slip, the customer accepts the products delivered as is and therefore no claim relating to sudden damage during transport will be accepted. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their compliance with the contract.

9 - Billing

The detailed invoice will be available in the customer area on our website until the possible deletion of the customer account. The indication of the amount of VAT gives the possibility to communities, companies and liberal professions to recover it.

 


10 - Method of payment

The company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse reserves the right to request proof of identity and / or proof of address from the Customer as part of the validation and processing of his order, to ensure the quality and security of the order. delivery of his package.

The validation of the order by bank transfer and / or TWINT constitutes a mandate to pay the price including all taxes of the order. The preparation of the order will begin after the validity and receipt of payment.

11 - Guarantee and after-sales service

All electrical devices sold on Pont Leslie, Inocos-Suisse, excluding consumables, are guaranteed for 24 months.
No support beyond the second year of warranty will be accepted.


Depending on the products and the date of purchase, the repair will be taken care of either by the company Nail'O Sytle, or by the manufacturer directly.

In the event of return of equipment proving to be non-defective, a flat-rate basis for support and diagnosis will be invoiced to you at the price of CHF 50.00 excluding tax. So please check before any return that your problem is not the cause of improper installation or use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect or significant alteration in the appearance or operation of the returned equipment. Any material showing signs of shock or even slight overheating will lose all warranty rights.

In the event of a possible return to the manufacturer for an estimate for repairing equipment outside the warranty, administrative and shipping costs may be invoiced for the return of the equipment in the event of refusal of the requested estimate.


For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products used and / or opened will not be returned or exchanged.

In all other cases, the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse will only accept the return, refund or exchange of a non-defective product if, and only if, it can be resold with a guaranteed guarantee. not questionable the initial integrity of the product concerned.

Any return of goods, outside the withdrawal period, requires the prior agreement of Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse. The return of goods is carried out at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. Products returned by carrier without physical protection or poorly protected will not be able to benefit from the guarantee, it is therefore up to the customer to take care to protect and insure the product (s) returned during their transport.

It is also the customer's responsibility to keep the packaging, accessories supplied with the product as well as any labels affixed to the product or its packaging, and which are necessary to benefit from the guarantee offered.

Pont Leslie, Inocos-Suisse will ensure that the warranty is applied to any product returned as soon as possible. However, when the repair will require the product to be returned to the manufacturer or producer, it cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the producer. On the other hand, the after-sales service of the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse will choose the carrier responsible for delivering the goods to the customer.

In the case of after-sales service returns, the equipment is kept available for a period of 1 month from the notice of availability. After this period the products will be the full property of the company Pont Leslie, Inocos-suisse

 

12 - Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have 10 working days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning your order to us within this period, and to be fully reimbursed, excluding shipping costs. However, open, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products are not taken back.

For any return of goods within the withdrawal period, the customer must first contact the company by e-mail ( contact@nailostyle.ch ) indicating the products and quantities wishing to be returned.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

 

The withdrawal period does not apply to the following products: 

Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.

Goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

 

13 - Retention of title and liability

The company Pont Leslie, Inocos-Suisse retains ownership of the goods until full payment by the customer. The transfer of ownership of the products to the customer takes place at the time of full payment of the order.
